What is Our spring Retreat all about?
spring is a time of awakening, renewal, and emergence—a season where life begins to rise, expand, and express itself after the stillness of winter.
It invites movement, growth, and the courage to step forward with new energy and intention.
In Eastern teachings, spring is governed by the Wood element and is closely linked to the liver and gallbladder, organs associated with vision, direction, and the smooth flow of energy throughout the body.
When in balance, this system supports clarity, creativity, and the ability to take aligned action; when constrained, it may show up as frustration or stagnation.
By gently supporting the body through movement, stretching, and practices that encourage flow, spring becomes a powerful time to clear what feels stuck, reconnect with your sense of purpose, and move forward with renewed vitality.

What can you expect?
This retreat is an invitation to gather as women—to sit together in a grounded, nurturing space as we gently re-emerge from the stillness of winter and reconnect with ourselves and one another. At the heart of this experience is a deeply meaningful shamanic drum-making journey, guided by Emily from Wilde Homestead.
With care and intention, Emily will lead you through the process of creating your own drum, holding space for it to become more than an object—an extension of your story, your healing, and your voice.
As you craft, you’ll be invited into a personal journey, gently weaving in any healing, intention, or release you are ready for. This is not just a workshop, but a sacred and creative unfolding—held in connection, presence, and shared experience.
