Hey i am Kayla. I have a decade's worth of experience with Remedial Massage, Reiki, Energy Healing and other modalities. I use my knowledge on both a physical and metaphysical level to hold space and assist my clients to better understand themselves, elevate pain and discomfort and to enjoy their life in balance.

I specialise in pregnancy massage and holistic care. I have found I am most passionate in holding space for women throughout their journey of pregnancy and into motherhood. This time is one of the biggest changes in their journey as the creation of life in their womb brings a life earth-side. For lots of Women this journey and time can bring with it physical pain from movement and changes of the body, emotions & anxiety, trouble connecting with baby and other aspects effecting their spirit. Over the years I have honed my skills, talents, and intuitions to best support empowering my clients to access a full and healthy life.
