Cancellation Policy

At The Balance Project, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to your wellness. To ensure the best service for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • A $50 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit. This fee covers the time reserved exclusively for you, which cannot be filled on short notice.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will allow the deposit to be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
  • No-shows may be subject to additional charges.
